RON AND VIVEK
We have watched the Republican Kabuki dance to pick a presidential candidate. Everyone with half a brain knew from the beginning that Donald Trump would be the chosen one, but still the never-Trumpers, the RINOs, the has-beens, and the never-bins had to take their chance that a miracle would take place and they’d beat Trump.
For those of us who favored Trump, there was no reason for these others to run. They were just spoilers who were there because they could be. There was little to no demand for these others to carry the Republican mantle, although several of them will, someday, be ready for prime time.
First and foremost of the others is the Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis. He made a couple of wrong moves at the start, including going against the man who got him elected governor in the first place, DJT. His ideas are good, however, he governs well, and he does the work. His progress in Florida has been fantastic, including feeding Disney their own personal crap sandwich. Ron DeSantis will be a player in Republican politics for years to come, and we look forward to him getting a bit more seasoning in the ways of national and international politics before he steps back onstage. Remember, if elected, Trump only has one term, so any one with aspirations of being his replacement needs to keep active and relevant, and insure the body politic know who he is and is ready to support his candidacy.
Then there’s Vivek Ramaswamy. Vivek is the apex young politician, relevant, unafraid to speak his mind, and intelligent. As a successful businessman he has cemented his bona fides as a serious player. He is attractive to younger voters, bring Gen X, Gen Y, and even some Gen Z voters into the Republican party. He does this because he’s one of them. They relate to him, he doesn’t put up with an elite BS, and, when it was obvious that he wasn’t going to wear the candidate mantle he endorsed Donald Trump unconditionally. We hope that if Donald Trump is elected he finds a place for Vivek in his administration. This is the perfect time to put him into a high-profile position where he can learn those things he needs to know in order to succeed on the national stage, and also to keep him in front of the electorate.
The RINOs – why not call them what they are, closet Democrats – have done all they could to destroy Trump and they haven’t succeeded. We believe they’ve failed because Donald Trump, with all his warts and problems, is a known problem solver whose first administration was without war and without inflation. Could things have been better? Of course they could, but what Donald Trump accomplished in four years most other presidents couldn’t do in eight.
We know he’s not perfect, and we honestly wish he’s stop tweeting (Xing?), but we’ll accept the tweets if the man sending them is an effective, dynamic president. It is amazing to us that so many people will be offended by 140 characters in a twitter message, and then will go on MSNBC or one of the other bought-and-paid-for liberal propaganda channels and make all kinds of ridiculous, incorrect, wrong, lying statements with a straight face as they denounce Trump for a mean tweet.
Of course the Democrats are famous for accusing Republicans of exactly what they’re doing. It’s part of their playbook. Its a shame many people in the rank-and-file don’t realize this and believe what thy hear. The Republicans don’t help matters by acting like a herd of cats.
We’re amazed that a party founded on such great principles could end up so full of grifters, liars, and weak-sisters who couldn’t find their cojones if someone gave them a map. We’ve talked of this problem before, and will not rehash it here. Suffice it to say the Republican party needs to clean house of all of the non-patriot members, regroup, and then aggressively push to restore the nation to its Judeo-Christian roots.
Meanwhile, there are people like Ron DeSantis and Vivek Ramaswamy waiting for their chance to keep the Trump revolution moving forward and upward.
And MAGA isn’t going away, no matter what the Com-Simps want.

I love your perspective, Brother Jack!
